Coaching Sessions

All riders must be confident on a bike, be able to pedal whilst standing up and able to complete a whole lap of the track confidently and without help.
If you child cannot do this, then please do NOT book them onto a session.

We coach BMX skills to children who are able to ride a bike. We don't teach them how to ride a bike.

All coaching sessions are pre-book only and payable at the time of booking. Bikes and helmets are available to hire for £1 per item, payable at the track.
Riders should arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session to ensure they have time to sign on and get required equipment.

Our groups

We run sessions for four different groups. Please read the guidelines below and book your child on to the appropriate session.

Please note that these are not strict Rules and riders don't have to tick off every single requirement before changing groups. However, the guidelines are there for the benefit of your rider, so that they can get the most of out the sessions. It makes it very difficult for the coaches to plan sessions appropriately if the ability of the groups very mixed ability.
